plugin (load | reload | unload) (<filename> | all)

<filename>

- the plugin filename (the path may be relative to your main bot folder).

Load/reload/unload plugins.

plugin load <filename>	Load a plugin file.
plugin load all	Load all plugin files inside the plugins folder.
plugin reload <plugin>	Reload a registered plugin.
plugin reload all	Reload all registered plugin.
