spirit [<range>]: If this option is set, the block will only be used if the number of summoned spirit spheres is within the specified range.

Example:
useSelf_skill Vigor Condensation {
	spirit < 5
	sp > 100
}

Use Vigor Condensation when your spirit number is bellow 5 and your sp is higher than 100.
